Johnson spear heads Technical business development, sales and strategic partnerships. Apart from that he provides Executive and Operational leadership as well including product development, IP density and protection, R&D roadmaps, Global Professional Services and Marketing.
Before turning into a full time entrepreneur in March 2008, Johnson last held the position of Vice President (Prepaid business) in Fidelity Information Services in their US business in Florida and Chennai India. Johnson’s operational leadership in eFunds/FIS brought forth paradigm shift and breakthrough transformation that included building Payments knowledge competency in India, professional services, global support and the challenging “CERT and Install” global team to India for CITI and Coop union (USA) on 24/7 service . Leading in building AMEX prepaid card processing platform for US was also his significant career milestone.

With his turnaround and transformation expertise spanning over 20 years, Johnson successfully replicated ‘High Performance Organizations globally and was a catalyst in creating successful people at all levels. Johnson is a competent executive coach and spends lot of time in developing next generation leadership.

Johnson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from MK University, India, Bachelor’s degree in General laws (BGL) from Annamalai University from India and a Masters in Social Work(MSW) specializing in Human resources, from Loyola College, Chennai, India.

This includes being a core part of barcode technology, bringing in POS technology in India while he was Chairman of Verifone India in Bangalore in early 90’s. Monte contributed to the payments domain immensely while at eFunds/FIS, when under his leadership EMV migration in Europe, RTGS development for Reserve Bank of India and setting up a huge Payments competency center in Chennai that paved way for newer horizons and efficient practices for industry as a whole.

Monte’s key spatiality also includes building organizations in different international locations for companies like Verifone, Ness and eFunds/FIS and integrating them for breakthrough performances and innovations. Monte has personally mentored and guided a long list of people worldwide, who are well accomplished entrepreneurs, successful executive leaders in blue chip companies and importantly wonderful citizens of their respective nations.

Simon has a very strong executive leadership and Finance background with over 20 years in Financial services industry with specialized accomplishments in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, Treasury Management, Asset Management, Retail Distribution ,Wealth Management services and technology experience in scaling and building customer experience in these domains.
Simon is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an Inter-Associate Company Secretaries (ACS) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India apart from holding a Bachelor’s degree of Science from University of Jabalpur.
